My experience with this hotel and staff is very marvellous and authentic.
I as a guest and tourist...I stayed 5 days in this hotel... And no doubt I am very appreciated with the behaviour of this staff... They are very supportive informative and helpfull nature.. also the locals are very humble and helpful.. no need to say.. If you are a tourist or a solo traveller OR with families and friends and you need support visiting regarding to the places, tour ,markets.. I very highly recommend HOTEL SHANAYA. they will never disappoint you, and may satisfy your touring problems.. rooms are very clean, floors and very neat and tidy.. overall the aura is very positive..

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and equipped with high-quality products both in the room and bathroom.
The staff were extremely humble and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the Taj Mahal East Gate, making it a perfect choice for tourists. Lift facility is available, adding to the comfort. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra — I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!
